Member	Value	Description
CallCenter	2	Call Center - enrollment is occurring remotely
FaceToFace	1	Face to Face - enroller can see and talk to the enrollee
FaceToFaceORCallCenter	3	Both - the enroller can be either a Face to Face or a Call Center enroller. They will need to be prompted to determine which role they're fulfilling at time of enrollment.
HR_Admin	4	HR / Admin - The enroller is internal to the Employer.
